AI agents
AI agents that do the daily work 24/7 — securely, inside your environment.
Agents read email and files, recognise deals, enter them in the ERP and send reports — under control, with no data leaving your environment.
Agents in action
Four real scenarios we automate. Pick one and watch, step by step, what the agent does.
Hello, we confirm 120 pcs of item X-14 at €14.80 excl. VAT. Delivery by 5 Nov. Regards, Ivan
What you gain: Orders reach the ERP minutes after the email, with no retyping and no mistakes in price or quantity. Sales people spend their time on customers, not data entry.
How it works
- 1We pick the task
We start from a specific, repetitive job — incoming orders, reports, reconciliations, reminders — and measure how much time it takes today.
- 2We train the agent
The agent learns from your historical data, documents and rules, so it understands your customers, items and exceptions.
- 3We give it only the rights it needs
The agent runs in your own Microsoft Azure environment and can reach only the systems and actions it is allowed to.
- 4We launch it under control
It starts with a person approving every action; once it has proved its accuracy it works alone — with rules for when to ask.
What the agents do
- Read email and conversations
They follow email and conversations with customers and suppliers and recognise when a deal is closed — at what price and quantity.
- Enter it in the ERP and apps
The result goes straight into your ERP or application — an order, a customer, a request — with no retyping.
- Read files and build reports
Excel, CSV, PDF and email text — merged, checked and turned into a report that is generated on the fly.
- Send email and reminders
Confirmations to customers, reports to management and payment reminders — at the right moment.
- Routine work learned from history
The agent is trained on your historical data, so it knows what is normal and when to flag an exception.
- Work 24/7
They take over a person’s daily work day and night, without days off — while people focus on customers and decisions.
Security — why it is not do-it-yourself
- Data never leaves
Models run in Azure OpenAI, in your own subscription and in the EU. Your data is not used to train public models.
- Only the rights it needs
The agent sees and does only what is allowed — for example it reads the mailbox but cannot see salaries or change prices.
- A person approves what matters
Orders above a limit, new customers and price changes go through a person before the agent continues.
- A log of every action
Everything the agent reads, decides and does is recorded with a time and a reason, and can be checked.
What it includes
- Your data never leaves your environment
- A deal in an email lands in the ERP by itself
- Works 24/7 — a person approves what matters
- Learns from your history and rules
A good fit if
- Deals and orders get lost in email
- People lose hours on repetitive tasks
- Documents and requests are typed in by hand
- We want AI but fear for our data
- Supplier orders are made by gut feeling
Technology
Frequently asked questions
What is an AI agent?
An AI program that carries out a task on its own from start to finish: it reads the incoming information, decides what to do and does it in your systems — for example enters an order in the ERP or sends a report.
How is it different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT answers questions when you ask. An AI agent works on its own, inside your systems, by rules you approved — and acts, rather than only answers.
Is it safe? Does our data leave the company?
The agents we build run in your own Microsoft Azure environment, with models in the EU and access only to what is allowed. Your data is not used to train public models, and any outbound sending that is not allowed is blocked.
Why not build an agent ourselves?
You can, but the most common problem with home-made agents is security: rights that are too broad, data sent to public services and no record of who did what. We build agents with limited rights, human approval and a log from day one.
Can the agent enter data straight into the ERP?
Yes. The agent passes the result to your ERP or application automatically — as a draft for review or directly, according to the rules you set.
What if the agent makes a mistake?
The agent asks a person when it is unsure or when an action is above a set limit. Every action is in the log and can be reversed.
